Christoph Theusner wurde 1948 in Berlin geboren. An der Musikschule in Berlin-Köpenick bekam er eine Ausbildung in den Fächern Gesang, Flöte, Klavier und Musiktheorie. Nach Engagements in einigen weniger bekannten Bands gehörte er 1971 zu den Mitbegründern der Gruppe „Bayon“. Christoph Theusner verstarb 2023 in Erfurt.
